To make it easier, most of our clients prefer to joining us online via Microsoft Teams or via Zoom. In just 4 simple quick steps, you can join us face-to-face over video and audio. We ensure that these online meetings are secure and are held just between yourself and your local Accountant. In case you face any difficulties, we have detailed of how to resolve these. The simple steps below will be a helpful guide.
Step 1
We will send you email or Text invite to Zoom or Teams meeting. Open the email.
Step 2
Within the email invite is a long Zoom link. Click on the link to go to the log in page.
Step 3
For security reasons, put in your password to log to download the page.
Step 4
After logging in, a ‘pop up’ will appear. Click the ‘join’ button to join the meeting.

1. Do I need a password?
We will set password for Microsoft Teams and Zoom link and will send this to you together with any logging in details you require. You will have to input a password. Which will be within the email invite we will sent you. The logging details will appear under the link to join the meeting.
2. Do I need a Microsoft Team and Zoom account?
You do not need an account to join our Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom meetings. We will have to have an account so we can invite you to join the meeting. Simply clicking the link in the invitation email will allow you to join.
3. How do I unmute, my audio?
At the bottom of your computer, tablet or mobile phone screen menu that would show you how to toggle the mic on your device on and off. Click on this sign to unmute.
4. How do I switch my camera on?
At the bottom of your computer, tablet or mobile phone screen menu that would show you how to toggle the camera on your device on and off. Click on this sign to switch your camera on.
5. Need to rearrange meeting?
If for any reason, you wish to change the time and date of your meeting, please simply call or email your local branch who will be happy to reschedule this for you.
6. Having difficulties?
